■General Description
Model FX315,FX325(giving-needle 1-2),FX256(combing),FX415,FX426,FX435 and FX445(needle 1-4) screw rod gill boxes,Model FXl315,FXL325(giving-needle 1-2),FXL256(coming),FXL415、FXL426、FXL435、FXL445(Needle 1-4) chain gill boxes and FZ/FZL223(re-cutting),FZ/FZL314、FZ256(coming)、FZ/FZL415、FZ/FZL426、FZ/FZL435、FZ/FZ445、FZ473(roving)are a whole new generation of high-speed and efficient series gill boxes designed,developed and manufactured by the DACHENG Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd on its own,on the basis of FB/FBL wool spinning series gill boxes and in view of the characteristics of flax(ramie)short hemp spinning.
■Use
With the sliver discharging speed reaching up to 150m/min and the front ratch being 28-63mm，FX/FZ Series threaded-rod gill boxes are applicable to small batch and multi-variety flax(ramie) short hemp spinning process.
With the sliver discharging speed reaching up to 250m/min and the front ratch being 39-63mm，FXL/FZL series chain gill boxes are applicable to large batch flax(ramie)short hemp spinning process.

■Technical Process
Combined comber-FX315(giving-needle 1)-FX325(giving needle 2)-FX256(combing)-FX415(needle 1)-FX426(needle 2,with even-dressing)-FX435(needle 3)-FX445(needle 4)-roving frame with twisting.
Combined combe-FXL315(giving-needle一)-FXL325(giving needle 2)-FXL256(combing)-FXL415(needle 1)-FXL426(needle 2，with even-dressing)-FXL435(needle 3)-FX445(needle 4)-roving frame with twisting.
Hackling machine-FZ/FZL223(re-cutting-FZ/FZL314-FZ256(combing)-FZ/FZL415-FZ/FZL426-FZ/FZL435-FZ/FZ445、FZ473(roving)。
Some adjustment is required for ramie technological process;the feed-in rack is slightly different;the needle density is to be decided on in accordance with the requirement of the process.
